About Ellberry
Big-Firm ExperienceHometown Heart
I believe technology and strategy should work for people, not the other way around. That belief is the reason Ellberry exists.

Meet Sheila Berry, Founder
For more than 20 years, I helped large organizations untangle their biggest challenges, with roots in Big 10 consulting and a long list of enterprise transformations behind me. I loved the work. But I kept noticing the same thing: the businesses that need clear, honest guidance the most are not always the ones with the biggest budgets.
So I brought that experience closer to home. Ellberry exists to give owners and leaders here in Laurel and across the Pine Belt the same caliber of thinking that Fortune 500 companies pay a premium for, delivered in plain language, without the runaround, and built around your people.
I do not believe in drawn-out engagements or one-size-fits-all fixes. I believe in precision, execution and results you can actually feel in your business.
What I Believe
What Guides Every Engagement
People-First
Real change happens when people are aligned, not just when the software is installed. Your team is the whole game.
Clarity
The right decisions come from focus. I simplify the complicated so you can move forward with confidence.
Momentum
Progress should be fast, structured and built to last. We aim for wins you can see, not someday-maybe plans.
Action
Strategy means nothing without execution. I turn plans into results, quickly and clearly.
The Team Behind You
